What this is
When an Irish company is struck off or wound up, the Companies Registration Office marks it “Dissolved”. This site lists the companies dissolved in 2025 and 2026 whose last accounts were made up to a date in 2021 or later — companies that were active recently. Each record gives the date of dissolution, the last accounts, the company type, the activity and the county.

What it is not
Not the Companies Registration Office, not CORE, and not a certificate. A dissolved company can be restored to the register by court order or by the Registrar. The register carries no headcount: being listed here says nothing about a company's size. The status is the one in the CRO open file of the date shown; check CORE for today's.
