Which companies

Companies whose status in the CRO open file is “Dissolved”, with a dissolution date in 2025 or 2026 and last accounts made up to a date in 2021 or later. Companies dissolved after a merger are on a separate site. Health-care companies and companies named after a person are left out.

After dissolution

Whatever a dissolved company still owned passes to the State. The company can be restored to the register, usually within a few years.

What is not here

Names of directors or any individual. Street addresses. Older dissolutions.
